What kind of shops or stores can I find close to the Nerima Share House

First and foremost, the DK House Tokyo Nerima Share House is located at a place called Fujimidai station.
It is only 11 minutes by train on the Seibu - Ikebukuro line from Ikebukuro station.
Did you know that the manga artist that made " ATOM BOY " used to live in this area !

I went around the neighborhood and here are the places that I personally think will be useful to you.

1. The Indian restaurant called Masala

I have noticed for the past 3 years or so, the number of foreigners that are vegetarians has increased and to be honest, it can be a bit challenging to find restaurants that have meals that vegetarians can eat too. I talked to the restaurant owner and he showed me a number of meal options that can accommodate those that are vegetarians.

2. Local vegetable store

To be honest, having a vegetable store nearby that sells vegetables and fruits helps you save a lot of money and have a much healthier lifestyle in Japan.

3. 100 yen LAWSON STORE

Just from the name, you can tell that this is a store that you definitely want to go to. All the food, drinks, and household items are all 100 yen + tax. Any item that is more than 100 yen, that specific price will be labeled on the item.

4. Recycle shop that sells second items.

Foreigners have this general idea that second hand shops sell bad quality items but, the second hand shops that you find in Japan have well maintained items that sometimes look brand new! Second hand shops can be your lifesaver sometimes especially if you are on a budget. For example, when it comes to buying jackets for suites.

5. Banks

When you first come to Japan, probably the first thing that you need to set up is your Bank account. There is a Bank called Mizuho that right next to the station.

The places that I have mentioned above are just the basic and necessary places that I personally think are great to check out. There are still a number of places that can help you out with your daily necessities.
