Those who are 18 years of age or older and who have been approved by the move-in screening procedure are able to move in.

Security deposit, common service fee (including utilities), rent for the month of move-in,Futon rental fee (optional) is required.The fees may differ from room to room.

There is no curfew

When accepting visitors, please submit a "visitor admission notice" in advance to the Share House Manager.Invitation hours are between 9 am and 7 pm.Please kindly refrain from other hours.

Lobby, kitchen, dining, toilet, TV, shower room,There is a coin laundry on each floor, a co-work lounge, gym and a vending machine.

You can move out at any time by officially submitting a move-out notice one month before the scheduled move-out date.

The resident planning on residing here is required to fill out all the items on the occupancy application form and has an ID card ( foreigner's resident card,Japanese University student ID or Employee ID card. Please have your student ID card and employee ID card ready before you come to the museum ).
