What does a fully furnished room contain - About the storage

Most Share Houses these days are fully furnished. In short, this means that the accommodation comes with basic household appliances that help you make your meals and basic room or lounge furniture items that allow you to clean or wash your items.

However, one should know that there are two types of fully furnished Share Houses and in both cases the utilities and the internet are included in the monthly rent.

1. Type one
Your private room comes with all the basic items ( e.g bed frame, fridge, wardrobe, desk, chair, air conditioner and beddings ( e.g bed covers, pillows and blankets ).

2. Type two ( this type if found at the DK House Share House )
Your private room comes with all the basic items ( e.g bed frame, fridge, wardrobe, desk, chair, air conditioner. However, the beddings ( e.g bed covers, pillows and blankets ) need to be rented out from the accommodation and you will be required to return it after you decide to move out.
